Settled in Qinghai at 4099 meters above sea level, the project boasts a daily processing capacity of 20 tons. It breaks the operational limits of ordinary equipment, delivering reliable solutions for plateau waste management and safeguarding local ecological security.

Fully aware of the unique plateau environment, the waste pyrolysis system undergoes comprehensive customized upgrading to adapt to low air pressure, oxygen scarcity and severe cold. Equipped with advanced pyrolysis and gasification technology, optimized oxygen supply system, furnace structure and thermal insulation design, the equipment operates steadily even under harsh conditions. It realizes harmless and volume-reduced disposal of 20 tons of domestic waste per day, effectively solving difficulties in scattered waste collection, transportation and treatment on the plateau.

Compared with traditional disposal methods, the project requires less land investment and features easy maintenance. It fits the sparsely populated plateau areas with limited maintenance capacity, enabling on-site waste disposal and greatly cutting transportation costs and ecological pollution risks.

As China’s first exclusive waste pyrolysis furnace for high-altitude cold regions, the system achieves superior waste disposal performance. Adopting fully enclosed operation and complete flue gas purification system, it strictly controls smoke and odor discharge, with dioxin and other major pollutant indexes far exceeding national standards to avoid secondary pollution fundamentally.

The technology overcomes multiple technical difficulties including difficult startup, rapid heat loss and incomplete combustion in cold areas. Its waste reduction rate exceeds 90%, and incineration residues can be safely treated, realizing smokeless, odorless and residue-free disposal. The achievement fills the domestic technical blank of waste pyrolysis in high-altitude cold areas, providing replicable and promotable eco-friendly solutions.
