(HOLY SHIELD) has been included in Shandong Province’s 2026 list of enterprises and products recognized under its First-of-Its-Kind Technical Equipment initiative. The recognition covers the company’s independently developed High-Temperature Pyrolysis and Gasification Furnace for Rural Household Waste, marking a further milestone in its waste treatment equipment development and engineering applications.

The list was finalized following expert review and public consultation. The initiative aims to accelerate the upgrading of the high-end equipment industry and support the high-quality development of major technical equipment. Building on this recognition, HOLY SHIELD will continue to refine its products, expand practical technology applications, and strengthen its services for household waste treatment projects.

Equipment Development Based on Local Operating Needs

Household waste treatment in rural areas and townships requires careful consideration of waste characteristics, treatment capacity, collection and transportation conditions, and local operation and maintenance capabilities. HOLY SHIELD develops and applies its high-temperature pyrolysis and gasification equipment to address these varying requirements.

The company takes a system-level approach to pyrolysis and gasification, subsequent combustion, flue gas treatment, and operational control. Process design is tailored to site conditions to align equipment configurations with actual treatment needs, providing equipment support for household waste volume reduction and environmentally sound treatment.

Engineering Experience in High-Altitude Regions

HOLY SHIELD has constructed and delivered a household waste pyrolysis treatment project in Dulan County, Haixi Mongol and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province.

The project uses the company’s independently developed high-temperature pyrolysis and gasification technology to address household waste treatment needs in a cold, high-altitude environment. To accommodate low oxygen levels and low atmospheric pressure, the company adapted the process and optimized the equipment to suit local operating conditions.

The Dulan County project has obtained a pollutant discharge permit. Its construction and delivery have provided practical engineering experience in deploying household waste treatment equipment in plateau regions. This experience also informs the company’s ongoing improvements in equipment configuration, installation, commissioning, and operational support.
