2. Pollution degree: Insufficient combustion, large amount of flue gas, many pollutants of dioxins, nitrogen oxides, and fly ash are produced, and it is impossible to ensure that the exhaust gas meets the standard.

3. Insufficient combustion of residues: some refractory substances are difficult to remove under low temperature conditions, and the remaining residues are large.

High temperature pyrolysis gasifier

1. Incineration temperature conditions: the temperature of the first combustion chamber is ≥550℃, and the secondary combustion is ≥850℃, which can effectively remove the dioxin harmful substances produced by incineration.

2. Pollution degree: full incineration, the amount of flue gas and particulate matter produced after gasification is very small, and there is no tar production, which effectively ensures that the exhaust gas meets the standard.

3. Residue amount: After complete gasification at high temperature, the residue can be effectively reduced in volume and volume, and the remaining amount is ≤5%.

4. Complete exhaust gas treatment: to ensure that the flue gas meets the standard.
