Based on the core 3T+E high-temperature pyrolysis and gasification technology included in the National Science and Technology Achievement Database, Holy Shield comprehensively optimizes equipment configuration of its proprietary waste incinerators tailored to extreme plateau operating conditions:

Intelligent High-Altitude Air Distribution Adaptation: Fitted with an AI intelligent combustion control system, the waste incinerator dynamically adjusts air intake ratio via variable-frequency air distribution technology to tackle incomplete combustion caused by low pressure and oxygen deficiency. It keeps the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber steadily above 850℃ with flue gas retention time longer than 2 seconds to realize thorough pyrolysis of domestic waste and curb the generation of dioxins and other hazardous substances at source.
Full-chain Multi-stage Flue Gas Purification: Integrated with cyclone dust removal, dry deacidification, activated carbon adsorption and baghouse dust removal technologies, the waste incinerator achieves a tested dioxin emission concentration as low as 0.035ngTEQ/Nm³. The figure is far below the national limit of 0.1ngTEQ/Nm³ specified in GB18485-2014 Standard for Pollution Control on Municipal Solid Waste Incineration as well as Qinghai’s local emission standards, completely preventing secondary pollution to plateau air, frozen soil and underground water from exhaust gas.
Full-cycle Low-energy & Easy-maintenance Design: The modular and lightweight waste incinerator fits complicated construction conditions on the plateau.
