To meet Japan’s ultra-strict JIS emission standards, the customized system adopts our core patented 3T+E High-Temperature Pyrolysis & Gasification Technology. The state-certified 3T+E high-temperature pyrolysis and gasification technology keeps the secondary combustion chamber stably at 850–1000℃ and maintains a flue gas high-temperature residence time of more than 2 seconds, thoroughly decomposing dioxins and hazardous pollutants from the source to ensure basic compliance. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a professional composite purification process of semi-dry deacidification + activated carbon adsorption + high-efficiency bag dust removal + low-temperature SCR denitrification, which effectively removes dust, acid gas, heavy metals and dioxins. Equipped with an intelligent control system, the equipment supports remote monitoring and data traceability, fully meeting local environmental supervision requirements.

The project passed Japan’s authoritative third-party inspection at one time, fully complying with JIS standards with outstanding performance:

• - Dioxin emission as low as 0.028ng-TEQ/Nm³, far below Japan’s official limit;
• - Industrial solid waste incineration efficiency ≥ 99%, volume reduction rate ＞95%, residue ratio ≤ 5%;
• - Realizes full harmlessness and minimization of solid waste.
