The furnace uses thickened high-temperature and corrosion-resistant plates plus windproof and dust-sealed enclosures. It delivers stable continuous operation under wide temperature fluctuations and frequent sandstorms, lowering failure rates and overseas remote maintenance costs.
Optimized for compact layout, this incinerator requires a small footprint. It can be installed in simple workshops without large-scale civil works, shortening project timelines and cutting upfront infrastructure investment. Using mature high-temperature pyrolysis gasification technology, its secondary combustion chamber stays above 850°C to eliminate pathogens and reduce dioxin generation. A multi-stage flue gas purification system ensures clean emissions.
