First of all, temperature refers to the temperature at which harmful components in waste are oxidized, decomposed and destroyed at high temperatures. Generally speaking, increasing the incineration temperature is beneficial to the decomposition and destruction of organic poisons in waste, and can inhibit the generation of black smoke. However, an excessively high incineration temperature not only increases fuel consumption, but also increases the volatilization of metals and the amount of nitrogen oxides in the waste, causing secondary pollution. Therefore, it is not appropriate to arbitrarily determine a higher incineration temperature. After scientific experiments and production practices, the reasonable incineration temperature range for most organic substances is between 800 and 1100 ℃, and the pyrolysis temperature is about 550 to 900 ℃. The design temperature of our first combustion chamber is above 550℃.

Secondly, the residence time. The length of residence time directly affects the perfection of incineration. The residence time must be longer than or equal to 2 seconds, so as to ensure that the combustible gas in the exhaust gas is fully consumed and avoid the production of dioxins.

The third is the turbulence of the air mixing intensity. To make the waste burn completely and reduce the formation of pollutants, it is necessary to make the waste and the combustion air fully contact, and the combustion gas and the combustion air must be fully mixed. The combustion-supporting air of our secondary combustion chamber enters tangentially. It forms a rotating airflow with the high-temperature flue gas in the second combustion chamber. On the one hand, it increases the contact surface between the flue gas and the combustion-supporting air, and at the same time increases the residence time of the flue gas, and can also remove the large Particle smoke and dust reduce the pressure on the post-processing system.
