Project background: The Oroqen Autonomous Banner, under the jurisdiction of Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is the largest county-level administrative district in Hulunbuir City. It is known as the "Beiyu Jade", "Green Pure Land", and "Birthplace of Xianbei Nation". However, the disposal of domestic garbage has become a major problem of this "Northland Jasper". In order to protect the ecological environment, the state has long issued a document prohibiting random incineration. In addition, Oroqen Banner has a large number of forest farms with a large forest coverage area. The 6 Forest Industry and Forestry Bureaus, the Daxinganling Farm Bureau and the 4 state-owned farms affiliated to the Daxinganling Key State-owned Forestry Administration of Inner Mongolia, and the Daxinganling Agriculture, Industry and Commerce Joint Company of Heilongjiang Province. Based on this situation, landfilling waste is obviously unrealistic. After many environmental protection companies, the Oroqen Banner government chose a high-temperature pyrolysis gasifier produced by Holy Shield Environmental Technology to centrally incinerate the domestic waste in its jurisdiction.
