Project Background

A leader from Equatorial-Guinea in Africa contacted us through an intermediary, aiming to dispose of daily waste generated from supermarkets, mainly plastic packaging bags. We recommended this small-scale industrial waste incinerator for the project.

This industrial waste-treatment equipment from Hongli Shengde adopts high-temperature pyrolysis gasification technology. Industrial waste is fully pyrolyzed at temperatures above 850°C, with residue rate ≤5%. Incineration residues can be directly landfilled or processed into eco bricks without causing secondary pollution to the environment. It is equipped with three complete flue-gas filtration systems to achieve zero black smoke and zero unpleasant odors.
